Last year most property sales in Port Sunlight involved terraced properties which sold for on average £118,863. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £146,199, while flats fetched £123,350.

Port Sunlight, with an overall average price of £132,614 was cheaper than nearby Bebington (£170,036), Spital (£241,881) and Bromborough (£170,168).

During the last year, sold prices in Port Sunlight were 10% down on the previous year and 3% down on 2013 when the average house price was £136,287.
