Last year most property sales in Potters Bar involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £453,522. Flats sold for an average price of £269,424, while detached properties fetched £628,384.
Potters Bar, with an overall average price of £422,882 was cheaper than nearby Northaw (£943,441), Brookmans Park (£913,893) and Cuffley Hills (£704,803).
During the last year, sold prices in Potters Bar were 6% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2013 when the average house price was £339,179.
