Last year most property sales in Princes Risborough involved detached properties which sold for on average £624,707. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £442,921, while flats fetched £268,266.
Princes Risborough, with an overall average price of £472,642, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wendover (£449,421), but was cheaper than Prestwood (£499,591) and Naphill (£551,195).
During the last year, sold prices in Princes Risborough were similar to the previous year and 12% up on 2015 when the average house price was £420,318.
