Last year most property sales in Princes Risborough involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £420,195. Detached properties sold for an average price of £630,328, while terraced properties fetched £342,872.
Princes Risborough, with an overall average price of £444,154, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wendover (£445,924), but was cheaper than Prestwood (£472,906) and Naphill (£498,602).
During the last year, sold prices in Princes Risborough were 10% up on the previous year and 16% up on 2008 when the average house price was £383,620.
