Last year most property sales in Pyle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £119,671. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £111,238, while detached properties fetched £183,884.
Pyle, with an overall average price of £128,694, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Cornelly (£131,771), but was more expensive than Kenfig Hill (£111,717) and cheaper than South Cornelly (£150,083).
