Last year most property sales in Pyle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £119,427. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £114,093, while detached properties fetched £184,244.
Pyle, with an overall average price of £127,529, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Cornelly (£129,336), but was more expensive than Kenfig Hill (£115,713) and cheaper than South Cornelly (£150,555).
