Last year most property sales in Pyle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £110,929. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £105,545, while detached properties fetched £184,594.
Pyle, with an overall average price of £120,863, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Cornelly (£126,871) and Kenfig Hill (£118,848), but was cheaper than South Cornelly (£147,393).
