Last year most property sales in Queens Park involved flats which sold for on average £396,183. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £844,184, while semi-detached properties fetched £1,493,333.
Queens Park, with an overall average price of £521,138 was more expensive than nearby Kilburn Park (£369,428), but was cheaper than Brondesbury Park (£683,766) and Kensal Rise (£548,946).
During the last year, sold prices in Queens Park were 8% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2008 when the average house price was £438,983.
