Most of the sales in Queensbury over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £96,344. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £154,081 and detached properties averaged at £225,935.
Queensbury, with an overall average price of £152,015 was more expensive than nearby Clayton (£131,958) and Thornton (£117,857), but was cheaper than Shelf (£172,351).
In the past year house prices in Queensbury were 4% down on the year before and similar to 2013 when they averaged at £155,698.
