Most of the sales in Queensbury over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £92,431. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £147,851 and detached properties averaged at £228,904.
Queensbury, with an overall average price of £148,909 was more expensive than nearby Clayton (£124,768) and Thornton (£140,545), but was cheaper than Shelf (£173,951).
In the past year house prices in Queensbury were 3% down on the year before and 4% down on 2013 when they averaged at £155,698.
