Most of the sales in Queensbury over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £80,918. Detached properties had an average sold price of £219,837 and semi-detached properties averaged at £123,473.

Queensbury, with an overall average price of £137,935, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Clayton (£133,172), but was more expensive than Thornton (£129,215) and cheaper than Shelf (£173,930).

In the past year house prices in Queensbury were 22% up on the year before and similar to 2010 when they averaged at £139,400.
