Last year most property sales in Queensferry involved detached properties which sold for on average £130,071. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £127,800, while terraced properties fetched £78,250.

Queensferry, with an overall average price of £113,382 was more expensive than nearby Shotton (£102,689), but was cheaper than Deeside (£146,386) and Mancot (£145,870).

During the last year, sold prices in Queensferry were 6% down on the previous year and 16% down on 2007 when the average house price was £135,053.
