Most of the sales in Quinton over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £148,649. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £122,955 and detached properties averaged at £165,786.

Quinton, with an overall average price of £138,206, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bearwood (£138,801), but was more expensive than Bartley Green (£95,783) and cheaper than Harborne (£206,292).
