Last year most property sales in Radcliffe-On-Trent involved detached properties which sold for on average £344,258. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £210,607, while terraced properties fetched £194,064.
Radcliffe-On-Trent, with an overall average price of £259,737 was more expensive than nearby Netherfield (£93,900), Cotgrave (£174,527) and Colwick (£121,910).
During the last year, sold prices in Radcliffe-On-Trent were 15% up on the previous year and 9% up on 2007 when the average house price was £238,475.
