Last year most property sales in Radcliffe-On-Trent involved detached properties which sold for on average £301,775. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £186,915, while flats fetched £100,244.
Radcliffe-On-Trent, with an overall average price of £230,100 was more expensive than nearby Netherfield (£86,409), Cotgrave (£154,226) and Colwick (£111,993).
During the last year, sold prices in Radcliffe-On-Trent were 15% up on the previous year and 4% down on 2007 when the average house price was £238,475.
