The majority of sales in Radyr during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £319,714. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £206,258, with terraced properties fetching £206,762.
Radyr, with an overall average price of £244,039 was more expensive than nearby Morganstown (£204,595), Tongwynlais (£191,818) and St. Fagans (£175,889).
