The majority of sales in Redland during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £263,932. Terraced properties sold for an average of £525,783, with semi-detached properties fetching £630,682.
Redland, with an overall average price of £376,541 was more expensive than nearby Cotham (£304,182) and Kingsdown (£352,706), but was cheaper than Westbury Park (£414,348).
Overall sold prices in Redland over the last year were similar to the previous year and 6% up on the 2012 level of £353,609.
