Last year most property sales in Ringwood involved detached properties which sold for on average £454,297. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £303,912, while flats fetched £196,534.
Ringwood, with an overall average price of £348,328 was more expensive than nearby Fordingbridge (£267,085), but was cheaper than Ashley Heath (£524,413) and Burley (£948,295).
During the last year, sold prices in Ringwood were similar to the previous year and 6% up on 2014 when the average house price was £327,351.
