Most of the sales in Rossett over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £331,606. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £187,286 and semi-detached properties averaged at £166,900.

Rossett, with an overall average price of £267,297, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Marford (£269,857), but was more expensive than Gresford (£190,812) and Llay (£118,790).

In the past year house prices in Rossett were similar to the year before and 7% down on 2006 when they averaged at £288,207.
