The majority of sales in Rugby during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £283,538. Terraced properties sold for an average of £144,217, with semi-detached properties fetching £184,715.
Rugby, with an overall average price of £195,868, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hillmorton (£202,783), but was cheaper than Bilton (£219,340) and Cawston (£278,707).
Overall sold prices in Rugby over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 14% up on the 2008 level of £171,675.
