The majority of sales in Rushcombe Bottom during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £437,381. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £306,041, with terraced properties fetching £266,139.
Rushcombe Bottom, with an overall average price of £362,099, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wimborne (£370,664), but was more expensive than Bournemouth (£265,846) and Poole (£335,894).
Overall sold prices in Rushcombe Bottom over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 16% up on the 2014 level of £313,448.
