Most of the sales in Sandymoor over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £115,784. Detached properties had an average sold price of £235,264 and flats averaged at £81,773.
Sandymoor, with an overall average price of £164,637 was more expensive than nearby Halton (£115,655) and Runcorn (£129,375), but was cheaper than Moore (£346,300).
In the past year house prices in Sandymoor were 22% up on the year before and 12% down on 2010 when they averaged at £186,094.
