Most of the sales in Sandymoor over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £100,900. Detached properties had an average sold price of £235,807 and flats averaged at £75,900.
Sandymoor, with an overall average price of £155,134 was more expensive than nearby Halton (£141,665) and Runcorn (£129,369), but was cheaper than Moore (£318,889).
In the past year house prices in Sandymoor were 3% up on the year before and 17% down on 2010 when they averaged at £186,094.
