Most of the sales in Sandymoor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £219,719. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £72,945 and flats averaged at £84,050.
Sandymoor, with an overall average price of £153,320, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Halton (£152,134), but was more expensive than Runcorn (£122,291) and cheaper than Moore (£238,643).
In the past year house prices in Sandymoor were 13% up on the year before and 18% down on 2010 when they averaged at £186,094.
