Most of the sales in Shipley over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £150,724. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £128,841 and flats averaged at £95,668.
Shipley, with an overall average price of £138,152 was more expensive than nearby Wrose (£126,165), but was cheaper than Saltaire (£160,767) and Baildon (£193,776).
In the past year house prices in Shipley were 3% up on the year before and 12% down on 2007 when they averaged at £156,678.
