The majority of sales in South Bromley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £283,050. Terraced properties sold for an average of £494,206, with semi-detached properties fetching £680,200.
South Bromley, with an overall average price of £309,197, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bow (£309,021), Old Ford (£308,547) and Mile End (£320,500).
Overall sold prices in South Bromley over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 8% up on the 2010 level of £286,271.
