Last year most property sales in South Cerney involved detached properties which sold for on average £498,387. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £228,157, while semi-detached properties fetched £351,674.
South Cerney, with an overall average price of £362,594, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cotswolds (£348,676), but was more expensive than Cirencester (£307,940) and Fairford (£342,012).
During the last year, sold prices in South Cerney were similar to the previous year and 7% down on 2013 when the average house price was £389,422.
