South Harrow, with an overall average price of £419,201 was cheaper than nearby Rayners Lane (£461,399), West Harrow (£459,058) and Northwick Park (£502,083).
During the last year, sold prices in South Harrow were 13% up on the previous year and 27% up on 2014 when the average house price was £328,871.
