The majority of sales in South Lambeth during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £936,959. Terraced properties sold for an average of £852,559, with detached properties fetching £1,025,000.
South Lambeth, with an overall average price of £929,236 was more expensive than nearby Stockwell (£690,745) and Oval (£461,189), but was cheaper than Vauxhall (£1,028,628).
Overall sold prices in South Lambeth over the last year were 28% up on the previous year and 110% up on the 2011 level of £441,475.
