The majority of sales in South Lambeth during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £705,223. Terraced properties sold for an average of £966,755, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,410,000.
South Lambeth, with an overall average price of £725,295, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Vauxhall (£745,680), but was more expensive than Stockwell (£607,501) and Oval (£565,061).
Overall sold prices in South Lambeth over the last year were similar to the previous year and 22% up on the 2013 level of £592,257.
