Last year most property sales in Southall involved terraced properties which sold for on average £370,730. Flats sold for an average price of £226,853, while semi-detached properties fetched £453,570.
Southall, with an overall average price of £332,379, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Greenford Park (£336,830) and Southall Green (£336,830), but was cheaper than Norwood Green (£405,889).
During the last year, sold prices in Southall were 4% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2014 when the average house price was £266,084.
