Most of the sales in St. Asaph over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £209,447. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £143,467 and terraced properties averaged at £120,421.
St. Asaph, with an overall average price of £171,156 was more expensive than nearby Trefnant (£157,497) and Cefn (£79,000), but was cheaper than Tremeirchion (£243,167).
In the past year house prices in St. Asaph were 5% up on the year before and 9% down on 2010 when they averaged at £187,961.
