The majority of sales in St. Julians during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £105,832. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £128,032, with detached properties fetching £196,143.
St. Julians, with an overall average price of £121,165 was more expensive than nearby Maindee (£94,535), but was cheaper than Beechwood (£135,261) and Christchurch (£167,896).
Overall sold prices in St. Julians over the last year were similar to the previous year and 14% down on the 2007 level of £141,683.
