Last year most property sales in Standish involved detached properties which sold for on average £256,611. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £146,598, while terraced properties fetched £108,580.
Standish, with an overall average price of £180,266, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Shevington (£182,604), but was more expensive than Swinley (£140,463) and cheaper than Appley Bridge (£199,886).
During the last year, sold prices in Standish were 8% up on the previous year and 6% down on 2006 when the average house price was £191,936.
