Last year most property sales in Standish involved detached properties which sold for on average £260,796. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £146,740, while terraced properties fetched £107,990.
Standish, with an overall average price of £182,070, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Shevington (£182,120) and Appley Bridge (£179,179), but was more expensive than Swinley (£140,255).
During the last year, sold prices in Standish were 8% up on the previous year and 5% down on 2006 when the average house price was £191,936.
