Last year most property sales in Standish involved detached properties which sold for on average £260,750. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £150,998, while terraced properties fetched £113,278.
Standish, with an overall average price of £186,937, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Shevington (£183,562), but was more expensive than Swinley (£142,952) and cheaper than Appley Bridge (£210,527).
During the last year, sold prices in Standish were 13% up on the previous year and 3% down on 2006 when the average house price was £191,936.
