Last year most property sales in Stanford-Le-Hope involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £208,903. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £167,525, while detached properties fetched £285,666.
Stanford-Le-Hope, with an overall average price of £195,465 was cheaper than nearby Corringham (£205,731), Fobbing (£328,333) and Horndon-On-The-Hill (£248,899).
During the last year, sold prices in Stanford-Le-Hope were 4% up on the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £198,262.
