Most of the sales in Stanmore over the past year were flats which on average sold for £440,704. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £547,370 and detached properties averaged at £1,233,208.
Stanmore, with an overall average price of £641,480 was more expensive than nearby Belmont (£432,884) and Canons Park (£372,075), but was cheaper than Great Stanmore (£725,936).
In the past year house prices in Stanmore were 3% up on the year before and 35% up on 2013 when they averaged at £474,393.
