Most of the sales in Stanmore over the past year were flats which on average sold for £406,373. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £557,031 and detached properties averaged at £1,213,956.
Stanmore, with an overall average price of £620,492 was more expensive than nearby Belmont (£456,123) and Harrow Weald (£439,629), but was cheaper than Great Stanmore (£679,628).
In the past year house prices in Stanmore were similar to the year before and 31% up on 2013 when they averaged at £474,200.
