Most of the sales in Stanmore over the past year were flats which on average sold for £449,952. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £537,377 and detached properties averaged at £1,209,074.
Stanmore, with an overall average price of £635,917 was more expensive than nearby Belmont (£402,837) and Canons Park (£393,954), but was cheaper than Great Stanmore (£697,230).
In the past year house prices in Stanmore were 4% up on the year before and 34% up on 2013 when they averaged at £474,394.
