Most of the sales in Stanmore over the past year were flats which on average sold for £433,853. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £613,002 and detached properties averaged at £1,246,166.
Stanmore, with an overall average price of £614,591, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Great Stanmore (£618,525), but was more expensive than Belmont (£536,971) and Canons Park (£488,808).
In the past year house prices in Stanmore were similar to the year before and 4% down on 2015 when they averaged at £639,162.
