Most of the sales in Stanmore over the past year were flats which on average sold for £401,839. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £548,350 and detached properties averaged at £1,257,670.
Stanmore, with an overall average price of £628,045 was more expensive than nearby Belmont (£444,668) and Canons Park (£404,095), but was cheaper than Great Stanmore (£768,407).
In the past year house prices in Stanmore were 4% up on the year before and 32% up on 2013 when they averaged at £474,200.
