Last year most property sales in Stoke Bishop involved flats which sold for on average £295,102. Detached properties sold for an average price of £767,781, while semi-detached properties fetched £525,587.
Stoke Bishop, with an overall average price of £509,109, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sneyd Park (£502,358), but was more expensive than Sea Mills (£226,989) and Coombe Dingle (£335,868).
During the last year, sold prices in Stoke Bishop were 9% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2012 when the average house price was £444,716.
