Last year most property sales in Stoke Bishop involved flats which sold for on average £263,750. Detached properties sold for an average price of £744,219, while semi-detached properties fetched £489,293.
Stoke Bishop, with an overall average price of £462,022, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sneyd Park (£441,079), but was more expensive than Sea Mills (£236,673) and Coombe Dingle (£297,935).
During the last year, sold prices in Stoke Bishop were 13% up on the previous year and 3% up on 2012 when the average house price was £449,422.
