Last year most property sales in Stoke Bishop involved flats which sold for on average £291,292. Detached properties sold for an average price of £738,623, while semi-detached properties fetched £510,484.
Stoke Bishop, with an overall average price of £494,934, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sneyd Park (£475,430), but was more expensive than Sea Mills (£220,690) and Coombe Dingle (£309,244).
During the last year, sold prices in Stoke Bishop were 10% up on the previous year and 10% up on 2012 when the average house price was £449,422.
