Last year most property sales in Stoke Bishop involved flats which sold for on average £264,452. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £462,476, while detached properties fetched £758,108.
Stoke Bishop, with an overall average price of £440,654, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sneyd Park (£432,564), but was more expensive than Sea Mills (£243,095) and Coombe Dingle (£330,550).
During the last year, sold prices in Stoke Bishop were 4% up on the previous year and similar to 2012 when the average house price was £449,422.
