The majority of sales in Stourport-On-Severn during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £181,824. Terraced properties sold for an average of £148,801, with detached properties fetching £273,091.
Stourport-On-Severn, with an overall average price of £192,822, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kidderminster (£184,940), but was cheaper than Hartlebury (£338,809) and Bewdley (£228,581).
Overall sold prices in Stourport-On-Severn over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2014 level of £174,651.
