Last year most property sales in Tonyrefail involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £112,171. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £86,649, while detached properties fetched £181,962.
Tonyrefail, with an overall average price of £121,287 was more expensive than nearby Gilfach Goch (£91,529) and Porth (£77,633), but was cheaper than Brynna (£136,733).
During the last year, sold prices in Tonyrefail were 7% down on the previous year and 8% down on 2012 when the average house price was £131,884.
