Last year most property sales in Toton involved detached properties which sold for on average £210,104. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £143,596, while terraced properties fetched £130,285.

Toton, with an overall average price of £170,301, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Attenborough (£176,020), but was more expensive than Chilwell (£158,745) and Beeston (£151,852).

During the last year, sold prices in Toton were similar to the previous year and 4% down on 2007 when the average house price was £177,106.
