The majority of sales in Truro during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £213,131. Detached properties sold for an average of £285,331, with flats fetching £147,013.
Truro, with an overall average price of £222,322, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Probus (£216,277) and Brighton (£218,193), but was cheaper than Devoran (£360,142).
Overall sold prices in Truro over the last year were 4% down on the previous year and 12% down on the 2007 level of £252,470.
