Most of the sales in Tunbridge Wells over the past year were flats which on average sold for £232,608. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £346,446 and semi-detached properties averaged at £409,604.
Tunbridge Wells, with an overall average price of £393,108 was more expensive than nearby Southborough (£333,584), but was cheaper than Speldhurst (£723,731) and Langton Green (£604,185).
In the past year house prices in Tunbridge Wells were 15% up on the year before and 19% up on 2012 when they averaged at £329,531.
