The majority of sales in Upminster during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £533,944. Flats sold for an average of £318,569, with detached properties fetching £731,371.
Upminster, with an overall average price of £515,980, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cranham (£492,616) and Upminster Common (£498,846), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£434,014).
Overall sold prices in Upminster over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 34% up on the 2014 level of £386,039.
