Most of the sales in Upper Edmonton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £337,649. Flats had an average sold price of £212,936 and semi-detached properties averaged at £385,357.
Upper Edmonton, with an overall average price of £308,905, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Edmonton (£308,162) and Lower Edmonton (£306,826), but was cheaper than Palmers Green (£482,432).
In the past year house prices in Upper Edmonton were 20% up on the year before and 45% up on 2013 when they averaged at £213,256.
