Most of the sales in Upper Edmonton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £360,818. Flats had an average sold price of £224,641 and semi-detached properties averaged at £411,000.
Upper Edmonton, with an overall average price of £327,549, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Edmonton (£324,795) and Lower Edmonton (£325,533), but was cheaper than Palmers Green (£517,101).
In the past year house prices in Upper Edmonton were 9% up on the year before and 40% up on 2014 when they averaged at £234,441.
