Most of the sales in Upper Edmonton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £275,726. Flats had an average sold price of £154,045 and semi-detached properties averaged at £302,559.
Upper Edmonton, with an overall average price of £236,121, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Edmonton (£242,516) and Lower Edmonton (£243,743), but was cheaper than Palmers Green (£396,397).
In the past year house prices in Upper Edmonton were 9% up on the year before and 17% up on 2012 when they averaged at £201,634.
