Most of the sales in Upper Edmonton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £355,744. Flats had an average sold price of £212,976 and semi-detached properties averaged at £419,071.
Upper Edmonton, with an overall average price of £326,124, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Edmonton (£320,221) and Lower Edmonton (£320,740), but was cheaper than Palmers Green (£504,530).
In the past year house prices in Upper Edmonton were 17% up on the year before and 39% up on 2014 when they averaged at £234,441.
