Most of the sales in Upper Edmonton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £282,196. Flats had an average sold price of £156,839 and semi-detached properties averaged at £312,679.
Upper Edmonton, with an overall average price of £242,797, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Edmonton (£248,804) and Lower Edmonton (£253,035), but was cheaper than Palmers Green (£409,941).
In the past year house prices in Upper Edmonton were 11% up on the year before and 20% up on 2012 when they averaged at £201,634.
