Most of the sales in Upper Walthamstow over the past year were flats which on average sold for £293,102. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £573,691 and semi-detached properties averaged at £819,083.
Upper Walthamstow, with an overall average price of £415,678 was cheaper than nearby Waltham Forest (£477,524), Walthamstow (£462,920) and Hale End (£535,595).
In the past year house prices in Upper Walthamstow were 5% up on the year before and 15% up on 2014 when they averaged at £361,086.
