Most of the sales in Upper Walthamstow over the past year were flats which on average sold for £251,856. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £517,470 and semi-detached properties averaged at £564,250.
Upper Walthamstow, with an overall average price of £378,415, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Waltham Forest (£381,422), Walthamstow (£374,886) and Hale End (£363,591).
In the past year house prices in Upper Walthamstow were 22% up on the year before and 41% up on 2012 when they averaged at £267,578.
