Most of the sales in Upper Walthamstow over the past year were flats which on average sold for £255,278. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £490,737 and semi-detached properties averaged at £528,167.
Upper Walthamstow, with an overall average price of £357,626, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Walthamstow (£374,134) and Hale End (£370,802), but was cheaper than Waltham Forest (£379,187).
In the past year house prices in Upper Walthamstow were 5% up on the year before and 34% up on 2012 when they averaged at £267,578.
