Uxbridge Common, with an overall average price of £353,156, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cowley Peachey (£353,156), Hillingdon (£355,875) and Hillingdon Heath (£370,474).
Overall sold prices in Uxbridge Common over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and 37% up on the 2008 level of £257,997.
