The majority of sales in Uxbridge during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £500,966. Flats sold for an average of £322,585, with terraced properties fetching £437,904.
Uxbridge, with an overall average price of £471,211, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hillingdon Heath (£451,076) and North Hillingdon (£459,854), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£418,567).
Overall sold prices in Uxbridge over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 37% up on the 2014 level of £344,427.
