The majority of sales in Uxbridge during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £502,292. Flats sold for an average of £304,869, with terraced properties fetching £434,662.
Uxbridge, with an overall average price of £466,269, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hillingdon Heath (£444,078) and North Hillingdon (£454,010), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£416,190).
Overall sold prices in Uxbridge over the last year were 7% up on the previous year and 35% up on the 2014 level of £344,427.
