The majority of sales in Uxbridge during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £208,439. Terraced properties sold for an average of £328,653, with semi-detached properties fetching £375,085.
Uxbridge, with an overall average price of £350,288, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hillingdon Heath (£346,863), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£315,702) and cheaper than North Hillingdon (£381,002).
Overall sold prices in Uxbridge over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 15% up on the 2012 level of £303,280.
