Most of the sales in Wales over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £146,664. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £142,995 and detached properties averaged at £265,768.
Wales, with an overall average price of £167,748 was more expensive than nearby Kiveton Park (£150,163) and Aston (£157,685), but was cheaper than Todwick (£284,600).
In the past year house prices in Wales were similar to the year before and similar to 2009 when they averaged at £169,335.
