The majority of sales in Wallingford during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £325,740. Terraced properties sold for an average of £292,257, with detached properties fetching £536,574.
Wallingford, with an overall average price of £348,464, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cholsey (£350,462), but was more expensive than Benson (£306,831) and cheaper than Dorchester-On-Thames (£426,650).
Overall sold prices in Wallingford over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and similar to the 2011 level of £341,779.
