The majority of sales in Wallingford during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £362,157. Terraced properties sold for an average of £349,405, with detached properties fetching £585,508.
Wallingford, with an overall average price of £401,149, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cholsey (£415,966) and Benson (£396,748), but was cheaper than Dorchester-On-Thames (£591,264).
Overall sold prices in Wallingford over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 17% up on the 2013 level of £341,802.
