Most of the sales in Warwickshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £373,109. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £219,287 and terraced properties averaged at £200,670.
Warwickshire, with an overall average price of £255,025 was more expensive than nearby West Midlands (County) (£177,622), Worcestershire (£233,932) and Staffordshire (£175,609). The most expensive area within Warwickshire was Tanworth-In-Arden (£815,964) and the cheapest was Bedworth (£145,530).
In the past year house prices in Warwickshire were 4% up on the year before and 13% up on 2013 when they averaged at £225,379.
