Most of the sales in Wembley over the past year were flats which on average sold for £332,627. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £560,249 and terraced properties averaged at £462,697.
Wembley, with an overall average price of £402,474, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wembley Park (£409,505), but was more expensive than Wembley Central (£342,794) and cheaper than Brent (£433,421).
In the past year house prices in Wembley were 6% up on the year before and 21% up on 2014 when they averaged at £333,615.
