The majority of sales in West Bromwich during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £126,968. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £144,130, with detached properties fetching £215,978.
West Bromwich, with an overall average price of £140,766, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Tividale (£135,750) and Oldbury (£142,169), but was more expensive than Wednesbury (£118,123).
Overall sold prices in West Bromwich over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2007 level of £127,920.
