West Bromwich, with an overall average price of £119,774, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Tividale (£118,988) and Oldbury (£124,746), but was more expensive than Wednesbury (£112,804).
Overall sold prices in West Bromwich over the last year were similar to the previous year and 6% down on the 2007 level of £127,308.
