Most of the sales in West Cross over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £201,276. Detached properties had an average sold price of £329,396 and terraced properties averaged at £164,542.
West Cross, with an overall average price of £225,289, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mayals (£233,440), but was cheaper than Newton (£308,552) and Blackpill (£240,750).
In the past year house prices in West Cross were 6% up on the year before and 6% down on 2008 when they averaged at £239,195.
