Most of the sales in West Cross over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £185,868. Detached properties had an average sold price of £318,150 and terraced properties averaged at £203,182.
West Cross, with an overall average price of £214,709, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mayals (£216,746), but was cheaper than Newton (£346,036) and Blackpill (£258,125).
In the past year house prices in West Cross were 4% up on the year before and 10% down on 2008 when they averaged at £239,195.
