Most of the sales in West Cross over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £209,767. Detached properties had an average sold price of £400,034 and flats averaged at £152,688.
West Cross, with an overall average price of £251,143, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Newton (£263,619), but was cheaper than Mayals (£289,579) and Blackpill (£323,566).
In the past year house prices in West Cross were 7% up on the year before and 4% up on 2008 when they averaged at £240,729.
