Most of the sales in West Cross over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £195,190. Detached properties had an average sold price of £337,917 and flats averaged at £128,177.
West Cross, with an overall average price of £216,376, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mayals (£226,234), but was cheaper than Newton (£341,324) and Blackpill (£280,700).
In the past year house prices in West Cross were 4% up on the year before and 10% down on 2008 when they averaged at £239,195.
