Most of the sales in West Wimbledon over the past year were flats which on average sold for £508,509. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £770,163 and semi-detached properties averaged at £1,182,682.
West Wimbledon, with an overall average price of £785,970 was more expensive than nearby Raynes Park (£635,790) and Raynes Park (£607,567), but was cheaper than Cottenham Park (£891,663).
In the past year house prices in West Wimbledon were 3% up on the year before and 7% up on 2014 when they averaged at £737,095.
