The majority of sales in Willenhall during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £132,648. Terraced properties sold for an average of £111,419, with detached properties fetching £195,845.
Willenhall, with an overall average price of £135,321, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wednesfield (£138,511) and Bloxwich (£138,313), but was more expensive than Wednesbury (£118,123).
Overall sold prices in Willenhall over the last year were similar to the previous year and 7% up on the 2014 level of £126,941.
